We enable Azure business growth through launch planning, tracking, and execution of new services (e.g. Storage, Virtual Machines) and offers (e.g. Free Trial, Pay as you Go) across all Direct, Enterprise, and Partner channels and Azure clouds. Our responsibilities include the following: Acting as the final gate keeper for all product pricing changes. Leading system and process improvements to improve KPIs related to billing agility, volume, and invoicing accuracy. Vetting, launching, altering, or decommissioning services and offers. Enabling billing for services and offers in multiple channels, languages, and currencies. Tracking and evangelizing launch readiness scorecards. Reviewing and contributing to all Azure customer outbound communications related to service launches. Compiling the Azure Service Level Agreements for all Azure service launches at the time of general availability. Collaborate with key stakeholders including business and product planning, engineering, marketing, legal, finance, compliance, audit, and support to finalize service and offer launch plans and close outstanding items prior to launch for both Global and China. Develop, collect, report, and improve KPIs related to agility, accuracy, and volume. Identify areas for automation between key commerce systems, write feature specifications, and implement them to improve agility, accuracy, and volume. Your Capabilities: Influence and ensure the many participants in the release process perform their activities
Your Required Skills: Four-year Bachelor degree ore relate working experience - no specific field of study required. 6+ years of experience in Project Management delivering large-scale project readiness efforts through prioritization, scheduling, issue identification and resolution, risk mitigation, and dependency management. 6+ years of experience with agile methodologies to deliver products. 5+ years of experience writing feature specifications. 5+ years of SQL reporting experience. 5+ years of intermediate-level Excel experience (e.g. complex formulas, pivot tables, macros).
