Microsoft's Operations Application Group is searching for a Program Manager who is looking for an opportunity to project manage complex and high value projects / releases and drive supportability improvements across the product suite and team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and coordinate the Planning, Execution and Supportability activities for teams. You'll work closely with our engineering, CSS to define supportability tasks and drive those supportability improvements for the entire Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Partner effectively with Engineering and CSS teams to drive Supportability Improvements. Drive regular project meetings and ensure issues, action items and risks are tracked and have mitigation and resolution plans in place Provide supportability project status updates to stakeholders. Build and maintain supportability health dashboards and provide awareness with respect to customer health metrics Help bridge the gap across all supportability stakeholders and dependencies
BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience acting as an information technology or software Project Manager or Release Manager.
