We are looking for a Senior Program Manager who will help define the product features, collaborate across disciplines, and drive the execution plan for critical features in the Dynamics 365 Customer Service product. The right candidate will possess a strong Program Management background, will have demonstrated experience creating, evolving, and communicating feature area specifications, will proactively manage upstream dependencies, will overcome obstacles, and will have a well-rounded technical background.
5+ years of technical Program Management experience BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical experience Customer obsessed and deeply passionate about creating great end user experiences Experience designing and working with support and/or CRM systems is a plus
