The Program Manager for Execution Pipeline will ensure high quality project initiation and drive process and tooling improvements at the beginning of the deployment execution pipeline. To be successful in the candidate must achieve close coordination with the Engineering team to develop and refine tooling, the Capacity Planning team to drive more stringent and detailed entrance criteria and the execution teams to resolve issues that cause variation in the deployment pipeline. Facilitate daily Change Management conference calls. Manage direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the design and requirements are reviewed and approved by all parties Manage programs that drive automation and process improvements with a strategic and tooling engineering focus. Establish requirements for each new program and drive the rollout to completion by setting key stakeholders, success criteria, and overall project management Partner with others to deeply investigate causes for exceptions and develop programs to eliminate exceptions. Ability to develop detailed project plans for large-scale server deployments and IT related projects along with project managers. Understanding of process re-engineering, automation tooling, and deployment processes to effectively roll out software in an operations driven environment. Ability to manage, prioritize and successfully execute a major program consisting of many projects Ability to balance competing demands for resources and adapt to changing priorities.
