- be the lead technical evangelist of our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement "Service" solutions capabilities, creating and presenting scenario-based product demonstrations at internal and external conferences and strategic briefings - drive the creation of differentiated technical marketing content - collaborate with Dynamics 365 feature PMs to deliver functional roadmap and disclosure content - scale technical content and evangelism of solutions capabilities and scenarios across internal Microsoft and external partner audiences
- 3-5 years of technical pre-sales, product implementation, product marketing or evangelism experience with CRM business applications, including experience in cloud / SaaS environments - Proven functional and technical product knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service, Field Service, Project Service Automation and/or competitive offerings - Ability to prioritize and execute on technical product marketing activities and deliverables, while managing multiple projects effectively and driving them to completion with a focus on producing measurable results - Excellent communication and
