We are looking for a world-class Principal System Architect with responsibility and experience in both mechanical and electrical engineering. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter who will thrive in this highly technical environment, that has a broad skillset, works collaboratively with individuals across many disciplines, and helps design products that are reshaping the future of computing.

Your job responsibility will include overseeing and defining the high-level hardware architecture for next-generation products across a wide array of technologies. Subsystems in the products include: SoCs/processors, custom ASICs, sensors, mechanical and industrial design elements, wireless, audio, power, etc. Your responsibility will include translating product-level requirements into design requirements across these diverse subsystems, working across a broad set of teams (ME/EE/software/sensors/validation) to forge optimal design solutions in the face of complex design tradeoffs, and providing
Minimum Requirements: Experience in Systems Engineering for multi-disciplinary products (ME/sensors/EE/processors/etc.) or broad experience in both Mechanical and Electrical engineering required 10+ years of experience in multi-disciplinary systems engineering, architecture development, and/or front-end product design/development Proven track record of successful design working with multi-disciplinary teams – EE, ME, and software Demonstrated ability to understand and perform requirements flowdown from the product level to the subsystem level Experience in high-level simulation (e.g. Matlab), strong
