Do you want to own the vision for Office to be more customer-obsessed across the entire spectrum of desktop, mobile, and web applications? Do you have a Growth-Mindset that compels you to look for new synergies and alignments to grow a business? Come lead the Office Customer Voice (OCV) PM team and help drive the platform and experiences that have become a key priority to growing the Office business. The OCV team is responsible for building the entire E2E experience—from cross-platform in-app experiences (Send-A-Smile, Contextual Surveys, Rate and Review), insight generation via the latest machine learning and natural language processing techniques, to exec-level reporting around the key customer sentiment measures for Office (NPS, PSAT). And this is just the start—we're looking for a leader to take the platform and experiences to the next level through significant investments in coherence, external community experiences, and exposing customer voice data back to our customers, and data

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical, analytical, and product background with a hunger to partner closely with Office product groups to move the business forward.
Requirements: 8+ years (post education) in a Program/Product Manager role or equivalent 5+ years in a people management role Experience setting broad product vision, roadmap, and execution plans Excellent partnering skills with demonstrated ability to drive cross-organization deliverables Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills Exceptional product, strategic, and systems thinking as it pertains to customer feedback experiences Understanding of customer feedback, help, or support systems a plus BS in Engineering, Computer
