As a Program Manager Lead on this team you will: Define the strategy and roadmap for web applications built using Microsoft Edge web engine like PWAs, WebView etc. Drive product definition plans to execute on the strategy and oversee execution of those plans Communicate effectively with the web developer community in-person and at scale Lead and actively stay engaged in open-source efforts Lead and growing a great team of Program Managers and helping to define team culture Partner with teams across the company, including Windows, Developer Division, Azure, Office and more We value individuals who
Preferred qualifications: • 10+ years of product management / program management / software development experience • 2+ years of people management experience • Front-end web development experience and knowledge • Broad understanding of the web platform, web developer workflows, and web tools ecosystem • Passion for working with customers and advocating for product features that meet their needs
