Our job is to increase the speed of idea to data for Office code across all platforms -- from code construction and design to mean time to discovery. Come invent the technologies that will allow Office to scale out our test automation strategy in a 1ES world. Lets create the signals to enable Office to ship faster and more responsibly across all platforms. Chances to innovate in the developer inner loop as well as using product telemetry, data science, and machine learning to find product issues faster! Office is changing rapidly, transforming its legacy codebase into a collection of services and client applications that deliver modern productivity and collaboration experiences on a rapid cadence. The Office FUEL PM team is at the heart of this transformation, focusing on: - Making it increasingly more efficient for engineers

Responsibilities include: - Driving and innovating Office FUEL initiatives, measuring and using experimentation and data to drive decisions and direction - Helping the Office organization transition towards a rapidly shipping, highly accountable form of agile where engineers make continuous low-debt improvements - Developing strong partnerships with engineers across Office to gain a deep understanding of how they get their work done. - Leverage these partnerships to drive the vision and improvement of tools and process at a strategic level. - Keeping up-to-date with engineering best practices,
Preferred Skills and Experience: - Proven technical skills and independence. - Excellent cross-discipline leadership, collaboration and influencing skills. - Lead, drive change and influence without authority across groups. - Experience leading with and making decisions based on data and metrics. - Experience defining, measuring, innovating and driving change in large-scale software products and systems such as Office. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate business problems, alternatives, and product strategy. - Ability to concisely frame problems and design
