The Microsoft HoloLens Optics team is currently looking for a Technical Manager to drive technical development in Redmond. Primary responsibilities involve managing internal and external developments in optics, materials, and processes to be used in HoloLens and other areas of Microsoft. The candidate must have a technical background in optical systems and experience leading complex hardware development programs. Required The candidate must have experience with managing external partners, project management, and optics development. A MS or PhD in Optical Sciences, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree with 10+ years relevant experience.
