Microsoft Services Central Financial Planning and Analysis (FP and A) team is seeking a Finance Manager to work in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment to support the FP and A rhythm of business (ROB). We are looking for someone with a passion for reporting and analytics, business partnering, aptitude for business understanding to drive a highly effective ROB process and develop strong partnership across multiple teams. Manage finance ROB processes and reporting packages encompassing Close, Forecast, Planning cycles Develop subject matter expertise on overall Revenue, COGS, GM and OPEX reporting packages Facilitate problem solving between Services Central FP and A and other Services Finance partner teams to ensure accurate and timely consolidated deliverables Constantly look for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness of reporting through automation and detailed analytics Participate in cross team initiatives to drive process improvements and efficiencies
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, or other relevant field 5+ years of work experience in accounting/finance/control Solid process management skills with impeccable attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple and competing projects/priorities Advanced to expert level skills with Office required (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to reporting accuracy Knowledge of MS Finance tools and policies desired
