Do you want to play a significant role in the transformational approach to Industry at Microsoft? Our charter is to enable every industry company in our top 8 industries to achieve their business outcomes and deliver growth for Microsoft. You will need strong systems thinking, expertise in working across product engineering, marketing, and operations to help craft the marketing strategies to deliver against growth strategies that you will help create. We're a small team with a big mission and we're looking to hire someone who can activate the Industry growth strategies and demonstrate what's possible for Industry when we bring the power of the three Microsoft clouds together. We are looking for an individual with exceptional business strategy and communication skills, a high drive for results and the ability to collaborate with other teams. This individual must be a self-starter, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and able to influence at multiple levels while keeping multiple execution

The successful candidate will be deeply curious and passionate about how Microsoft technology can impact an Industry to solve customer pain points. You will need to be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, eager to learn more from customers, partners and peers, and no stranger to strategic problem solving and executive engagement. You will take on the following challenges and rely on your prior experience delivering results. Ideally, candidates will have experience in a SaaS/Cloud services organization, deep understanding of working with business/commercial customers in 2+ of our targeted Industries and be knowledgeable of best practices/methodology for cloud adoption, including driving customer acquisition, upsell/cross-sell, and reducing customer churn. • Strategic thinking complemented with an urgency and drive for results.
