Are you an experienced relationship marketer who wants to lead a team to drive engagement with some of the largest customer bases? The Relationship Marketing team in the One Global Demand Center is looking for a leader to lead a team of 5 professionals to build relationships with Office Free Consumer Services customers ( Skype, OneDrive, Outlook.com, Office Mobile, and Office Online ) to drive engagement, retention and cross-promotion. Driving engagement and ultimately upsell and monetization is key to our success in in the Free Services business. The ideal candidate will have passion in four areas: creating innovative customer experiences, using data and analytics to inform strategies, programs and campaigns, building collaborative relationships with Engineering and leading and developing

Define communication strategy to drive Office Free Services engagement driving weekly and monthly active usage (WAU and MAU), cross-promotion to other services and upsell to paid subscriptions through targeted channels. Leverage best practices from the industry and deliver test and learn plan. Develop lifecycle communications including onboarding, trigger-based, usage, up-sell and cross-promote strategies and programs. Launch communication targeted programs across email, dynamic in-product messaging, mobile, web experiences. Test into new channels, which could include SMS, retargeting or other
The successful candidate is passionate about the engaging and developing relationships with customers, is both data-driven and creative in approach, is able to formulate broad strategies and execute, and has exceptional influence and people leadership skills. The candidate should have: Strong track record of developing strategy and delivering results in relationship marketing (eg driving engagement, usage, conversion) Strong strategic thinking complemented with a bias for action.
