We have an exciting leadership role within Device Partner Sales team leading joint strategic planning work with our most strategic silicon partners. The Device Partner Sales (DPS) focuses on ecosystem engagement across our Silicon, ODM and OEM partners. DPS mission is to help reinvent and grow the device partner ecosystem by building best-in-class modern devices; delivering partner profitability through LTV business models and driving Microsoft platform preference through end-to-end "sell-with" GTM approaches. Our DNA is built on being joint long-term thought partners with our ecosystem and working holistically from the needs of our customers to building the right business models, investment plans and sales motions across our product/solutions portfolio. Build long term relationships with "sell-with" silicon executives and their teams Develop joint strategic plans and integrate into our annual planning rhythms Architect joint thru partner investment framework, investment priorities and aligned outcomes Coordinate joint planning/execution across our ODM/OEM Teams (programs, campaigns, KPIs) Creation regional, price band and growth category specific pilots Support long range portfolio planning for existing and new device categories Establish "sell-with" RoB and drive meeting agenda, preparation and follow up actions Act as an orchestration point
10+ years extensive technical sales and/or business development experience Experience building a go to market plan across consumer and commercial channels, coupled with knowledge of Microsoft technologies Strong understanding of the Silicon partners, inclusive of market, technology and competitive landscape to be a trusted advisor to senior executives, CTO, product planners and engineering teams inside of our partners and with our internal product development and marketing teams 6+ years` experience successfully building and leading a senior team of personnel Long term strategic thinking – you`ll
