Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a world class leader to manage the AWS Partner Network (APN) segment team for Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) industry vertical. This is a team leader role with global responsibility. The Senior Manager will be responsible for providing global strategic leadership of AWS business with top consulting and technology partners in HCLS, and management of a team of senior partner sales professionals located in United States. You will hire and develop the team, lead the team in defining and executing the overall partner strategy, and will manage the goals, objectives and performance of the team. You will drive solutions to market with partners in collaboration with stakeholders across AWS in product management, development, solution architect, and professional service teams. You will build and maintain engagement with executives at top partners, including engaging with AWS senior leadership for executive sponsorship, and represent the AWS partner strategy
· · 10+ years of experience in HCLS domain, in business development, product management or technology partner development · Experience hiring, leading and developing a team of sales, technical or partner professionals · Familiarity with technology and consulting partners in HCLS domain · Demonstrated expertise in software including Software as a Service or other cloud-based technologies · Strong understanding of industry regulatory and compliance requirements that apply to cloud-based technologies Amazon is an Equal Opportunity - Affirmative Action Employer – Minority / Women / Disability / Veteran
