We're looking for an experienced Designer who's enthusiastic about crafting effective, empowering and inclusive products for customers. You'll lead, develop and implement impactful user experience across our suite of Office Media applications. You're equally proficient as an asset creator and as a designer, and comfortable switching between the two modes frequently. You can think at both the "big picture" and the pixel level to help articulate product design through rapid, 'lo-fi to hi-fi' iteration. You should have a fresh, current design approach grounded in user needs that includes graphic styles, visual hierarchy, user research and user flow creation. Collaborate with designers, producers, and developers to craft engaging interactive experiences. Own overall end-to-end user experience – from the big picture (the overall user experience and consistency across multiple products) down to the pixels (UI layout for a feature). Build wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs and paper prototypes to communicate your design to the team. Iterate in low fidelity to arrive at the best possible design, then execute in high fidelity. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Interaction Design, Interface Design and/or Information Architecture for consumer-facing products. BA/BS degree in a Design-related field (HCI, Interaction Design, Interface Design, User Experience, Information Architecture or New Media) or equivalent experience. An understanding of human-centered design principles and the ability to clearly articulate customer needs, feature goals, and effective solutions.
