The Shell Member Experiences team is a new addition to the Experience and Devices (E and D) division. You will be leading a team writing code that powers our web portal which is visited by millions of customers globally a day. You'll be a technical leader focused on growing the skills of a highly talented, collaborative and motivated team, while setting the technical direction to deliver high-scale, highly-available UX surfaces with an emphasis on delightful, modern user experiences. We are looking for a leader with a passion for mentorship and team building, customer focus and engineering fundamentals, coupled with technical leadership experience in driving high-scale, broad scope customer experiences
Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional management skills, with a proven ability to develop strong engineers and teams Knowledge of the Web UX industry today Expert understanding of web services and site technologies (for example, REST C, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON etc.) Experience with newer technologies like AngularJS, Cordova, and ReactJS a plus Experience with scrum, Kanban, or other agile engineering techniques   Experience Required  BA/BS degree in CS, related discipline or equivalent work experience 4 or more years of engineering management experience 4 or more years of Web UX design and
