Senior Business Planner
The Rewards team is looking for a highly-motivated Senior Business Planner to drive growth strategy and program design for Microsoft Rewards. If you have proven track-record in startups, strategy consulting or consumer loyalty product management, this is a great opportunity to deliver success in a high-visibility program that is working to grow Microsoft's consumer business and fan base. Since launching Microsoft Rewards in 2016, the Rewards team is charging ahead, launching in new markets and developing opportunities to broaden the program's reach across Microsoft's consumer portfolio, leading with Bing, Xbox and more. With a growing member base in the millions, the team has high ambitions to accelerate program membership and contribute to the growth of Microsoft's consumer business. Success in this role will depend on business planning excellence, the ability to partner well across a broad and diverse set of global teams,

• Define growth plan for Rewards, working across marketing and engineering to land the product roadmap, drive supporting market research, and align Rewards with other Microsoft consumer product and marketing efforts for maximum impact. • Lead market research efforts and partner across marketing, product and analytics teams to conduct testing and promotions to pilot new concepts. • Champion data-driven decision making, and prioritize customer engagement, retention, and product experiences by driving directly or indirectly through research and segmentation and acting as the internal evangelist for
4+ years of experience in either product management, product marketing, business planning, management consulting or consumer loyalty program management BA/BS degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred Ability to frame and structure ambiguous problems to actionable insights and land recommendations to move business forward Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to drive projects, collaborate with partners and generate support / buy-in for key projects Ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing and finance groups Working knowledge
