The Sr. Manager of ACES Continuous Improvement is an innovative, results driven professional with solid people skills and a strong continuous improvement background to join the team tasked with building and enhancing continuous improvement within Amazon’s Customer Service network. This position will lead process improvement in our award-winning Customer Service (CS) team. ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) is Amazon’s innovative program for driving process and customer experience improvement. ACES brings together the tools of Lean, Six Sigma, technology, and Amazon’s customer-obsessed culture, to drive continuous customer experience improvement. This is a leadership role on a highly collaborative team where the Sr. Manager will identify, create, develop and integrate innovative solutions and programs for our customer contact centers. The

· Bachelor’s Degree required. Technical (Math, Engineering, Computer Science) focus preferred · 7+ years’ experience in project management and facilitation of process improvement initiatives across business operations and technology · 5+ years’ experience instructing executives, managers, and associates on continuous improvement methodologies · Applied knowledge of operational measurements, key business finance metrics, and statistics. · Experience communicating goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization. · Demonstrated working knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma principles
