The successful candidate will have customer briefing program experience and a deep background in operations and enablement. · BS/BA degree · 10+ years of experience managing programs in support of a mid-to-large scale, multi-geographical, high-growth sales organization · 6 + years of Customer Briefing Program experience in both briefing manager and operations/enablement roles · Demonstrated success in program management and project management with global stakeholders · Experience in data-driven decision-making – both setting up the framework and effectively analyzing data and feedback for insights · Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills · Budgeting and financial analysis skills · Exceptional influencing
