The Worldwide Solutions Architecture team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead the efforts around measuring the impact and productivity of the Solutions Architect role globally. The primary activity of a Solutions Architect is to work in conjunction with a Sales Representative providing our customers with technical and architectural guidance. As AWS scales, it is important to measure the impact of the investment in Solutions Architects as well as to be able to measure the productivity of this critical resource. This Program Manager role will have significant business impact through your direct involvement in monthly and quarterly metrics, modeling, reporting and providing operations support around impact and productivity. Key areas of focus for this role include: building a 3-5 year headcount growth model, defining a model that connects this investment to impact and defining a strategy for measuring productivity globally. · Bachelor’s degree · 7+ years relevant work experience in program/project management in a high-tech environment · Capability to plan and set priorities, identify and resolve problems and produce measurable results · Ability to perform business analysis using advanced Excel skills (ie, pivot tables) · Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills · MBA preferred · Past experience performing sales productivity analysis or studies · International experience and/or experience managing global programs · Knowledge of AWS Services and cloud computing · Experience using data visualization technologies
