The Workplace Solutions Strategist role for our global workplace group, within the Center of Innovation, is key to our ability to deliver the best workplace experience for our employees. This is a new role, open to shaping as we go, but initially will be focused on these things: Bringing research findings into reality for the workplace by using your design background for best-in-class, creative solutions that improve the employee experience. Understanding space metrics and analytics with regard to programming and planning. Collaborate and understand what other groups in the Center of Innovation
Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of work experience in commercial interior design, architecture, or other related fields Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in specific or related field (Architecture, Interior Design / planning, workplace implementation) Knowledge of the corporate real estate industry, workplace strategy and workplace design an asset. Experience with commercial design and build projects Additionally, you'll need: Deep knowledge and passion about the value of workplace strategies and its impact on employee experience and real estate strategies.
