The Workforce Planning Principal will lead the effort to implement a global workforce tool and standard process for workforce planning across the Consumer Business in partnership with Business leaders, HR Business Partners, Finance Business Partners and other key stakeholders. This leader along with one direct report will be responsible for establishing a workforce planning and reporting system that integrates data from a variety of systems owned by central HR, consumer HR and finance. In addition to standing up a core system, this role will create a process that will enable business leaders to define and understand strategic objectives, develop actionable workforce plans, forecast demand, assess supply and develop metrics to drive workforce decisions. Responsibilities: · Implement workforce planning system and demand forecasting process in partnership with finance, business leader and HR partners. · Support the end-to-end cycle of workforce planning from collection during annual planning

· BA/BS degree in human resources, economics, statistics, finance, social science, psychology, or another field that uses quantitative analysis (mathematics, engineering), or equivalent practical experience. · Experience collaborating on projects involving multiple teams, managing relationships with clients, and presenting to audiences. · Experience managing analysts. · Advanced skills in MS Excel and Access or other database application, and strong skills in MS PowerPoint and Word. HR Workday experience highly preferred. · Solid understanding of people metrics with ability to explain the data
