Amazon Web Services (AWS) is building a world-class marketing organization, and we are looking for a Web Analytics Manager as part of the Website team to fuel the marketing team’s performance and growth. As a key team member on the team, you will partner with a team of experts across the fields of Product Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Website A/B Testing, and Personalization to develop new and innovative solutions to some of the hardest challenges in Marketing. In this role, you will work on the key initiatives and partner with business stakeholders, to drive actionable findings and recommendations to drive key business outcomes for the AWS business. We work across all areas of AWS marketing including our core marketing data solution, insights and reporting, targeting and personalization

· Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative area such as math, statistics, computer science, engineering or equivalent experience · 3+ Experience using various Web Analytics (SiteCatalyst/Adobe Analytics, Webtrends, Google Analytics) tool · 2+ Hands-on JavaScript experience · Experience in working with technical teams (web development) to transform business requirements into SiteCatalyst code implemented to capture accurate web analytics data. · Working knowledge of JavaScript in order to QA the SiteCatalyst code implementation· Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to translate
