Amazon is looking for a passionate candidate with the proven ability to build and drive the healthcare category within the Health and Personal Care (HPC) business. In this role, your charter will be to build Amazon's relationship with key vendors in the healthcare OTC (over the counter) industry to grow our selection and drive topline for the category. A successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full scope of their vendor portfolio, driving the profitability and topline performance for their subcategory. He/she owns the end-to-end vendor relationship, from identifying and on-boarding new vendors, creating catalog items, negotiating contracts and terms, managing promotional activities and resolving operational issues that impact our customer. RESPONSIBILITIES: CUSTOMER NEEDS · Identify customer needs through analyzing metrics and providing overviews of industry landscape · Create plans to address competitive gaps · Continuously seek information to improve the customer experience
· Bachelor’s degree required · Professional experience in negotiating with internal and external stakeholders · Proficiency with Excel and data analysis · Experience with process improvement · Up to 10% Travel Required· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or Engineering · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation · Negotiations, analytical, vendor and/or project management experience · Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment · Strong proficiency in analysis tools
