The Transportation and Recipient Experience Design Studio (TRX) is a multidisciplinary team in Amazon Operations responsible for the design of many exciting products including Amazon Flex, Amazon Locker, and more. Teams of designers, design technologists, writers, researchers, and producers work collaboratively in our studios to create the next generation of delivery experiences for Amazon customers. The Transportation and Recipient Experience Design Studio is seeking a talented, passionate Sr. UX Researcher to join our growing User Experience team. In this position, you will have a significant opportunity to help with defining innovative solutions that blend the physical and digital experiences to fulfill millions of customer orders. You will be responsible for defining, executing and reporting on various user research methods.
