· 3+ years of proven success leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact · 3+ years of hands-on experience with: ethnographic research, user testing, benchmarking, survey design, etc. · 2+ years of behavioral research and analysis skills, (e.g., designing, conducting, and analyzing data from different kinds of research methodologies.) · A BS or equivalent degree in psychology, cognitive science, Human Factors etc. · A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (e.g.: study plans, reports).· MS or Ph.D. in Human Factors, HCDE, Cognitive Psychology or similar
