Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented and passionate UX Program Manager to join our growing UX research team. The UX Research Program Manager will work with UX researchers to plan, oversee, and document all aspects of research project commitments and roadmap items. This role will work closely with UX, product managers, and engineering to define and implement research processes to streamline research insight delivery and ensure that research projects are in scope and on schedule. This role will also support the Sr. UX Research Manager for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. · 4+ years of experience as a program or project manager, UX producer, or similar role. · 1+ year of experience leading project delivery for large, cross functional projects· Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience. · Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with UX researchers and designers · Demonstrated understanding of UX design and research, and common UX design and research processes · Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to
