The PeopleInsight team is looking for a UX Researcher to help us build experiences that help people find and understand the relevant and meaningful information that helps them make the best business decisions every day. We conduct research that spans every area of people's daily work - from parking at work to attending meetings, communicating with others, and team dynamics. Our research work includes generative, formative, and evaluative studies. It ranges from immersive field research to rigorous usability and lab studies, all of which help address research needs across all phases of design and product development. We are now recruiting for an exceptional Sr. UX Research Manager for Worldwide Operations. Success in this role will be responsible for helping build and shape the research team, manage and mentor junior researchers, execute PeopleInsight’s research strategy, and push the boundaries of UX research. Using your deep knowledge of psychology, ethnography and UX research methods

· BA/BS degree in Anthropology, Human Factors, Psychology, HCI/Computer Science or other related fields · 5+ years of hands-on experience conducting applied UX research in an industry setting · 3+ years of experience successfully managing design teams and/or mentoring peer researchers · End-to-end experience conducting all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) · Experience applying user research methods including semi-structured interviews, field research, surveys, questionnaire design, diary studies, and usability studies · A portfolio demonstrating past
