· At least eight years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role; including online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience · At least four years of experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wireframes for complex web applications. · 5+ years of experience working with user interface patterns for web. · 3+ years of experience translating subtle and complex feature concepts into approachable user interfaces that connect with customers practically and emotionally · At least two years of experience
