Amazon Gift Cards and Incentives is a rapidly growing, multi-billion dollar business, which significantly contributes to the company’s profitability and is the face of Amazon in many physical stores throughout the world. We create and enhance multiple stored value products sold globally through a variety of channels, including the Amazon website, direct corporate sales, retail stores, and other partnerships. We are looking for a user experience designer that is passionate about conceiving experiences and then driving that vision into solid design deliverables including wireframes and high fidelity designs. This designer will take the experience of purchasing, redeeming Amazon Gift Cards through both self-use and gifting products to the next level by creating new ways to delight our customers at a global scale. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including product managers, marketing managers, and developers. Key requirements for success in this role include strong
· 4+ years of experience in user experience design, user research, or equivalent professional experience · · A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating knowledge of UX and user research best practices and design process that drove measurable results · · Experience managing multiple projects to meet fast deadlines · · Experience working across teams and synthesizing feedback from multiple teams/owners · · Experience working with a variety of software design tools such as Sketch, Axure, and InDesign · · Unwavering attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership · · Experience executing designs
