Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors – called partners – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, partners act as their own boss. They can build their own schedule and choose from different types of opportunities (scheduled-ahead blocks, instant offers), all while making great earnings. Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced systems, allowing partners to sign in, grab an offer for a time, check out a map of the location, and more. We are seeking a US Marketing Manager for Amazon Flex. In this role, you will be responsible for acquisition, retention, and product marketing strategies and programs, across media channels. In this role you will: · Build, execute, and optimize national marketing plans to support key business operations metrics · Work on the roadmap for lifecycle marketing and automation, to improve acquisition,

· BA/BS in business, marketing, or related field · 3+ years of experience working in a business or marketing function· Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously · Demonstrated track record in crafting compelling positioning and marketing content · Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution · Superior oral and written communication skills
