This team works cross functionally to support Amazon’s banking strategy, global business and country expansions via implementation of timely, cost effective, and efficient banking structures. This position requires a self-starter who collaborates well with internal and external stakeholders, manages bank relationships, and drives business growth in different geographies. You should possess solid business judgment, capable of driving the right results, attention to details, diving deep into data, and problem solving. You should also possess the ability to influence teams with competing priorities, and to work cross-functionally with Business, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Shared Services, Product/Platform, and external banking partners. This role requires excellent communication and organization skills, including the ability to anticipate, identify, and communicate risks
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field · 10+ years' of experience in Treasury, Finance, or banking industry · 5+ years' of experience working in a multinational company · Master's Degree, MBA, or CFA · Experience with global liquidity management, FX strategies, and cash flow forecasting · Experience implementing In House Bank or Cash Pooling, Multilateral Netting, and POBO structures · Experience with banking products and ERP/Oracle-based financial processes · Must possess strong business acumen, contract negotiation, and data analytics skills · Excellent communication,
