The ideal candidate will be passionate about the growth and success of AWS Enterprise Support employees (Technical Account Managers) and learning about cloud computing and service to enterprise customers. Candidates will have experience in coordinating and managing the administration of enterprise training programs, as well as helping to design and develop training content. They will also have the following attributes: · 3+ years of experience in a training program management role or similar along with an undergraduate degree (in communication, education, technical or related field). · 5+ years
