Come work on the Amazon Prime Air Team! As a Manufacturing Operations Engineer you will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of development hardware at Prime Air. The primary focus is largely on rapid prototype/development operations to enable on-time delivery to internal customers by improving component in-stock availability. · Collaborating with technical managers to ensure business and technical stakeholder needs are aligned, project priorities are established, and deliverables are met · Own program status communication and build consensus by collaborating with teams to determine what projects move forward and in what priority order · Manage end-to-end development product life-cycle · Manage continuous material/component
· Experience manufacturing electronic systems that have been successfully deployed to end-customers · Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts and designs to colleagues across disciplines · Experience with industry standard PCB design and manufacturing tools and processes · Experience managing vendors locally and globally · Experience driving fast development cycles and introducing new products to manufacturing · Experience creating detailed hardware manufacturing plans and driving products through early manufacturing runs · Experience working with design
