Microsoft Research has been studying quantum computing for several years and has become the world's center of expertise on topological quantum computing. The research effort includes a staff of theoretical physicists and experimental teams around the world. The Microsoft Quantum Group in Redmond, WA is looking for a Test Lab Manager to bring up a new high speed logic and RF test lab. In this role you will work with a team of designers and hardware engineers to build out and manage a test lab for debugging high speed digital and analog hardware.

BS in Electrical Engineering or related field 8+ years with high speed analog test Familiarity with RF test equipment, including high speed DSO, pattern generators, and network analyzers Familiarity with SERDES test and characterization experience Familiarity with semiconductor automated test equipment Python or other GPIB programing experience Knowledge of Cryogenic systems a plus Self-driven, results-oriented, organized individual Excellent Teamwork, communication and problem solving skills You will be required to pass Microsoft background checks prior to the start of employment and periodically
