Practices (A2P2) team Audit Professional Practices
Amazon’s Audit Professional Practices (A2P2) team is looking for a skilled technical professional to develop security tools and training programs to assess security risks and controls in technologies (especially, AWS) used by internal Amazon teams. Amazon strives to be Earth's most customer-centric company. This team strives to protect our customers and their data through understanding security best practices for emerging technologies and building tooling that evaluate compliance of the security best practices. This position requires a self-driven, technically experienced professional with the ability to deep dive on emerging technologies, understand the risk landscape and build automation to evaluate controls and security posture. You will explore and deep dive in a variety of different products and services created by Amazon. You must be able to understand complex business processes and technologies to identify full range of security risks and mitigations. An ideal candidate should be
· Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation OR Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. · One year of experience in assessing complex IT processes, systems, and controls. · One year of experience in designing and building secure software systems using Python, Java, Ruby or similar coding languages. · Knowledge of threat modeling or other
