- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience as Support Engineer or a related occupation - Experience troubleshooting to root cause and fix application defects. - Demonstrated ability to automate manual tasks with scripts and other tools. - Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. - Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. - Three or more years of experience developing or supporting Java/C++/Ruby based systems and services - Three or more years of experience with scripting
