Amazon’s Consumer Payments Team is seeking technical recruiters! The Technical Recruiter will work with the broader recruiting team to drive strategies for candidate attraction and sourcing. Responsibilities: · Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies and execution. · Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates · Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios. · Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer. · Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking

· 3+ years of technical recruiting experience · Experience pulling reports from applicant tracking systems or strong experience with Excel. · Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, boolean search strings, Linkedin, ATS mining, and comfort with cold calling.· In-house or agency recruiting in a research or sourcing capacity · Bachelor's degree · Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering with a sense of urgency and service · Experience converting data into graphs and charts to represent sourcing
