We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our G and A Tech Recruiting team in Seattle and partner with a group of highly collaborative recruiters and coordinators. The Technical Recruiter will serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for one or more business units including Finance Technology, and will have considerable influence and impact on the delivery of recruiting services to our customers. The Finance Technology org works with every part of Amazon to capture, compute, transact, and report their financial events. They design solutions to deliver the technical capabilities needed to achieve business strategies. The Technical Recruiter will drive sourcing strategy, identify and recommend process improvements, lead candidate negotiations, and partner with team members in the execution of these critical components of talent acquisition. The candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks,
· 5+ years of recruiting experience in a tech environment · Must have experience building effective hiring manager relationships. · Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. · CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates. · MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.· Experience with passive candidate generation using a variety of techniques. · Corporate and or search firm progressive experience including passive candidate generation and full life cycle recruiting. · Passion for and proven success creating and
