The Consumables recruting team is looking for a Recruiter to support a growing, scrappy start-up organization that will disrupt how customer purchase consumables. This team is responsible for tehnical hiring in North America and focuses on roles based in software development centers in Seattle and Vancouver, B.C. This role will primarily focus on Software Development and Technical Leadership roles (Software Manager, Technical Program Manager). As a Recruiter for this team you cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers and close searches against aggressive deadlines. This role will also require resource management of both internal and external sourcing partners. In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction strategies against a timeline and utilize experience setting benchmarks and metrics

- Bachelor’s Degree required · Minimum of 3 years' Tech recruiting experience · Experience recruiting software engineers · Prior experience in a research capacity for passive candidate generation. · Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.- Experience recruiting technical talent in competitive markets. · Strong commitment to continuous improvement. · Ability to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates. · CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidate. · Self-sufficient
