As a Technical Program Manager you will facilitate successful ownership and management of the LAB strategy for Global IT as we take on a strategic program to change the way our customers operate. This role requires program and project management experience, from administrative functions to ensuring projects in the program are being executed within budget, on schedule and to the right quality bar. · 6+ Years’ Experience of Enterprise Level Program Management [leading or operating] · 5+ Years’ Experience of Managing Enterprise Level Network, Server and Wireless Infrastructure · 5+ Years Management of large scale Infrastructure programs. · 3+ Years Vendor Management of OEM’s (Cisco, HP, APC etc…) · 3+ Years’ experience managing large, cross-functional projects with impact outside of IT. · 3+ Years’ Experience driving cross functional strategic initiatives · Prior Experience with Infrastructure Release Management [ITIL Service Transition]. · Bachelor’s Degree [preferably in Computer Science]
