The Last Mile team helps get packages from delivery stations to a customer’s doorstep. To provide new innovations for customers, we are inventing the next-generation smart delivery operation. We are combining cutting-edge IoT technologies (sensors, embedded devices, wearables, and robotics), data streams (video, vehicle telematics, location, and presence), together with machine learning models and algorithms – all to create solutions that allow us to deliver faster, and with more confidence. Playing a key role in the IoT team, as a Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for leading the roadmap of multiple projects. You will work closely with engineering and product management counterparts in the group, ensuring deliverables are timely and working with operations teams to deploy our solutions across the globe. You will be confident in reporting up successes and failures throughout the organization, using your intuition and knowledge to identify and mitigate risks where needed
· 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry (experience owning a program/product/feature, scoping requirements, planning milestones, project management and working with technical teams) · 5+ years of experience leading software development projects with aggressive schedules · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field · Strong communicator in both verbal and written forms and are equally adept in communicating upwards and downward· Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Math or related field · Proven analytical thinking, skills in
