What is the team? The Workforce Staffing Research and Business Intelligence team is your opportunity to make an impact across multiple layers of the company and the hourly workforce as a whole. This team will lead and influence programs that will enable Amazon to scale more efficiently, while also providing a unique voice for the hourly labor population within the United States and Canada. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field - 5 years of experience in a software development or program manager role managing analytical/software projects. - 5 years of relevant work experience in technical program management in a technology focused team. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation - Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results - Excellent writing skillsPreferred Qualifications: - Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems or MBA - Experience with agile
