The Alexa organization delivers world-class, cutting edge products on aggressive schedules that are used every day. At the same time, we obsess about customer trust and ensure that we build products in a manner that maintains our high bar for customer privacy. The Alexa Privacy team is building products and mechanisms to earn and maintain customer trust globally. We are the team chartered to safeguard customers’ expectations on trust and privacy across the Alexa experiences. The Role: You will manage multiple, high-impact privacy initiatives, working with product and engineering teams from the earliest stages of product conception. You will work with product leaders across Alexa, as well as Legal, and Public Relations. The initiatives you drive will shape and empower product teams to continue creating customer-obsessed, privacy
· · 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry · · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field. · · Successfully track record of delivering technology programs. · · Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members. · · Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management, project management, and leading through influence. · · Experience managing datasets, summarization and reporting. · · · Experience working successfully
