The AWS data center infrastructure team is looking for a Technical Program Manager who will take a lead role in ensuring the successful deployment and launch of new industrial hardware technologies and processes developed with AWS Infrastructure operations hardware development team. The role is focused specifically on “New” technologies and processes. The position will work within the data center operations organization, and lead the deployment of the new technologies with regional data center teams globally. Additionally, this role will collaborate with the infrastructure operations hardware team in developing the pioneering solutions and applications to improve data center operations to make it more efficiently, safe and secure. A successful candidate should be capable managing global deployment strategy, working cross functionally with vendors, procurement, finance, operations, and software teams. These solutions will involve many types of automation including robotics, sortation, software

· Bachelor degree in Engineering (any discipline), and two years working experience in-line with role’s level of responsibility including program management. · Experience working with the large scale global deployments of hardware. · Experience working with designs of complex automated material handling equipment, and systems including robotics integrated with backend software applications. · Proficiency using business/technical software like MS Excel and MS Project. · Ability to travel 25% to support deployment and implementation globally.· Advanced degree in Engineering (any discipline), and
