· Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules · 5+ years of relevant engineering experience · 2+ years of technical program management experience · Master's degree in a business or technology discipline or related field · Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions · Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive · Strong knowledge of machine learning system design for performance, scalability, and availability · Experience with web or eCommerce search
