The Customer Self-service and automation team is looking for seasoned leader to leading Software Development engineer team that applies Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing technology into resolve customer day to day issue. We don't invent the wheel, but we use the wheel to build the car and benefit everyone. As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you’ll collaborate with software engineers, product management, UX designer, Applied scientist and partner teams to design, develop, and then deploy a large impact features on desktop and mobile platform. · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field · 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry · 2+ years of coding experience in Java, C++, and Perl · Experience managing efforts in developing large scale web applications and mobile applications · Experience with business applications such as Word, Excel and Project · Comfortable to impact and influence without authentication.· Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional, highly collaborative environment · Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement of systems, software and processes
