To power the Amazon flywheel, we are embarking on a journey to accelerate payments expansion worldwide and lead the FinTech innovation to deliver awesome payment experience to our customers through powerful and yet simple APIs. We need Technical Program Manager to lead the design and execution of critical large scale global programs across our Amazon platform software and services to fulfill our vision. This role requires working with product managers to define strategy, requirements and timelines as well as lead cross functional development teams through design, delivery and support. This position involves regular communication with
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field · 10+ years of experience delivering results on complex, technical products or services · A deep understanding of agile software development process · Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions · Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding our platform, our products, and the technical landscape· Master's degree in a business or technology discipline or related field · Payments Industry experience Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action
