Amazon Support Engineering team (Kumo) is seeking a top-notch Technical Program Manager (TPM) to grow a global program charged with building the tools used in solving customer issues. The AWS Support Tools TPM works directly with a team of nearly 4K support engineers, associates and account managers who translate their experience solving customer issues into tools that materially improve the AWS customer experience. If you want the ability to move the needle on AWS customer experience in a big way, from Day 1, this is the role for you. In this role, you will define the vision for how we harness this army of capable and motivated builders to deliver the right tools at the right time. You will work with a variety of stakeholders to define the goals and processes that ensure we deliver high quality, scalable solutions to solve real customer problems. · Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Math or equivalent experience. · 5+ year of experience in a technical project management or related role. · Demonstrated ability to deliver business value through global programs. · Demonstrated ability to define the vision and organization of large global programs spanning hundreds of participants. · Experience designing software systems. · Experience coding in one or more modern programming languages such as: Java, C, C++, C#, Python, Perl. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Demonstrated success implementing secure interfaces
